Building Code Compliance Is Our Passion
The Good, The Bad and the Ugly. The Obvious and not so obvious, compliance is what we do.
Our Philosophy

Compliance with the building code is what provides stakeholders with a minimal, however, broad level of protection. Minimal in that it establishes a baseline for standards and in some minor sense quality of product installation. Broad in the sense that it includes safety and is developed to cover both building and occupant. Our passion for compliance is the result of our combined hands-on building experiences and a strong desire to create the best and safest buildings.
Red Tag, two words when used together make builders loathe, as they tend to stall construction. That having been said, if a builder cares about their craft, which most do, they learn to avoid situations that gift them the red tag learning experience.
We strongly believe with time our building professionals learn and grow as we did from our beginnings and mistakes as builders. Helping builders realize they whys and what is our generation’s responsibility. Even though our purpose is compliance, our goal is to assist the build trade to understand and improve. Safety is everyone’s concern.
We encourage feedback of your thoughts and options as we grow in your community, the quality of our service will assist us in helping our trade and perhaps even your organization.
